As the temperature drops and the holiday season approaches, it’s easy to slip into the mindset of slowing down and pushing off goals until the new year. We’ve all been there—thinking, “I’ll start fresh in January” or “I’ll just take it easy until the holidays are over.” But what if, instead of putting things off, we used this cozy time of year to get a head start on our New Year’s resolutions?

It’s a softer, more realistic approach to setting goals, similar to the “75 Soft” challenge, but with a focus on gentle habits that help you feel grounded and accomplished before the new year even begins.
